  • 𝗥𝗘𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗧𝗢 𝗢𝗙𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗘: 𝗪𝗛𝗢 𝗦𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗟𝗗 𝗕𝗘𝗔𝗥 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗖𝗢𝗦𝗧? A new survey is out. It reveals employees 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻-𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲𝘀. More than half want employers to cover parking (72%), uniform (67%), and toll road expenses (51%). Inflation has made work more expensive. 𝟔𝟎% 𝐬𝐚𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐠𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐮𝐩 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝟏𝟐 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐬. Why do they leave? 40% said the job 𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗻'𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. Others had a poor impression of the organisation or manager. Did they regret leaving? 𝟵𝟮% 𝗵𝗮𝗱 𝗻𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘁𝘀.   • 📣 𝗙𝗔𝗜𝗥 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗜𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗦𝗜𝗠𝗣𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗘𝗦 𝗜𝗟𝗟𝗘𝗚𝗔𝗟 𝗗𝗜𝗦𝗠𝗜𝗦𝗦𝗔𝗟 𝗖𝗟𝗔𝗜𝗠𝗦 The Fair Work Commission (FWC) has made it easier for employees to claim illegal dismissal. They've introduced a new online form, Form F8. This form is used by terminated employees who believe they were dismissed for an illegal reason. Now, it's available on the Online Lodgment Service (OLS). No need to upload the form on the website. The FWC is committed to improving service delivery. The online form has an auto-fill function and prompts to help provide the necessary information. 🔗 It also links to other resources that might help the individual filing a claim. 📥 To lodge an application, users just need to set up an account at the OLS. The OLS allows users to save applications, view a history of submitted applications, and review and download previously filed claims. 📩 After lodging an application, users will receive a confirmation email with a survey link for feedback. 📚 Other forms that can be lodged using the OLS include Unfair dismissal application (Form F2), Unlawful termination application (Form F9), Agreement approval application (Form F16), and Application to stop bullying at work (Form F72). #FairWorkCommission #OnlineLodgmentService #EmployeeRights
