Marketing Specialist
Job Summary:
Our Client is the world’s largest solar module manufacturer and also provides energy storage systems. We are partnering with the client to find a Brand Marketing Specialist to join its Marketing department either in Sydney or Brisbane.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Marketing
- Work together with corporate branding team, plan and run campaigns targeting critical accounts across Oceania region.
- Deliver tailored content, digital experiences, and outreach that speak to decision-makers.
- Experiment with various channels, outbound, content, and events to drive pipeline and conversion.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets with strong ROI focus.
ESG (Environment, Social and Governance )
- Manage ESG data platforms, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and audit readiness.
- Integrate climate-related risk and opportunity analysis into business planning and budgeting processes.
- Benchmark performance and engage with industry peers to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide insights to support policy responses and regulatory engagement.
- Having some knowledge of ESG is essential but not required. This can be learned and shown.
What You will Need to Succeed:
- 2-3 years marketing experience, including technical knowledge related to production of marketing materials, signage journeys, developing and executing strategies.
- Self-motived, target oriented with passion for job. Willing to travel and meet suppliers when needed.
- Project management expertise with ability to define, keep track and evaluate KPIs, respect projects timing and milestones.
- Experience managing external agencies and suppliers. Set up and go and attend industrial events when needed.
- Budget managing experience within the marketing team and running campaigns when needed.
- Candidate must be based in Either Sydney or Brisbane only for this role.
- Must have PR/Australian Citizenship to work.
- Full drives license needed for the role.
