We at Polyglot Group are over the moon to have been shortlisted for the Global Payroll Awards 2019!

Organised and judged by the Global Payroll Association (GPA), Global Payroll Awards recognise payroll providers who demonstrate technical excellence and professional development around the world. It is the only award ceremony in the world for professionals involved in global payroll.

In 2018, we were thrilled to be nominated for ‘Professional Employer Organisation of the Year’, as well as ‘In-Country Payroll Provider of the Year’.

This year, the honour is four times as great, as we are in the running for a whopping four award categories:

  1. In-Country Payroll Provider of the Year 2019, for our commitment to our Australian clients
  2. In-Country Payroll Team of the Year 2019, for our consistently hard-working, ever-growing team
  3. Payroll Manager of the Year 2019 for our stellar Payroll team manager Crystal Li
  4. Professional Employment Organisation of the Year 2019, for our selection of outsourced services & solutions across the globe

In order to qualify for these awards, we needed to demonstrate our strengths across diverse judgement criteria.

Some include client satisfactionconsistent excellence in the international arena as well as knowledge of, and compliance with, local legislation.

To be selected for the In-country Payroll Provider Award, we also demonstrated our strong financial performance and growth, in addition to engagement with corporate business objectives and strong employee satisfaction.

Indeed, as a trusted payroll provider – and partner of ADP Streamline – we are committed to simplifying and streamlining payroll management; reporting, declarations, regulatory lodgements & filings, rostering, EOFY processing, and tax & insurance compliance.

But we don’t stop there. In fact, our services go far beyond payroll outsourcing.

We are also an authorised and globally-recognised Professional Employment Organisation (PEO).

This means we combine services in Business Setup, Talent Acquisition, Payroll Outsourcing, and Language Support to help businesses grow wherever and however they see fit.

The award ceremony will be held on 23 May 2019 in Budapest, which our very own Benoit Ribe will attend on behalf of Polyglot Group. The rest of our Polyglotters will be cheering for the family and for our fellow finalists from our Sydney HQ!
