We are thrilled that Polyglot Group has been nominated as a finalist of the 2017 Business Awards for the state of NSW! More specifically, we are finalists of the Employer of Choice category.

The Employer of Choice award recognises businesses that put in place strategies and initiatives to create stimulating and supportive workplace environments for their employees.

All in all, the award recognises achievements across the key areas of Organisational Culture & Leadership; Training & Development; Employee Health, Safety & Satisfaction; Performance Management; Recognition & Remuneration as well as Hiring & Celebrating Diversity. We were asked to submit as much information about the above, and are proud to stand out as a great place to work.

Our nomination means a lot to us, as it acknowledges our strength in fostering a supportive and dynamic workplace—something which is of great importance to The Polyglot Group.

As stated by Human Capital Magazine, “The relationship between employee and employer is undergoing more change today than it has since perhaps the Industrial Revolution. Business models and sociodemographics are being forced to shift, and sadly many organisations are not keeping up.” We believe our continual efforts and evolutionary approach to employee experience has been what has facilitated our strength in growing alongside social shifts and the resulting new employee needs.

We are honoured to see the 2017 Business Awards generate such traction, including in publications such as the Australian Financial Review and City of Sydney.

The award’s ceremony will be held on the 2nd of August for the state of NSW. If elected, we will then go on to compete on a national level.

All in all, this is very exciting news and we are looking forward to continuing to make Polyglot Group a great place to work worldwide!
