Born and raised in Melbourne, he began his career as a Recruitment Consultant, working across diverse areas including risk, regulatory, financial crime, HR and payroll, and transformation projects. James brings a curious mindset and a genuine interest in how people work, grow and thrive in different environments.
Currently working at the Polyglot Group as HR & EOR Advisor, James is driven by the opportunity to support teams, foster positive culture, and help individuals reach their potential.
