Michelle is a Certified Payroll Specialist with 20 years of experience with in-house and outsourced payroll. Throughout her career she has worked for companies across; Banking, Finance, Telecommunications, Government, Media and Outsourcing, and for Global Multinational Companies.
She has comprehensive experience in managing payroll operations across small, medium and large-scale businesses of up to 15,000 employees. Michelle is an all-rounder, she has previously overseen day-to-day payroll operations, company setup, preparation of payroll reports, statutory lodgements & payments, and design & implementation of payroll audit controls.
Her wealth of experience is in addition to her background in system implementation and integration with a focus on automation, risk management, improving efficiency, and cost minimisation. Michelle has now brought her wealth of knowledge to Polyglot Group as Global Head Of Payroll Services.
