Valerie’s career began with a passion for communication and languages, leading her to the U.S. for studies before returning to France to complete a Master’s in Management and Luxury Marketing. After seven years as a marketing research analyst, where she built expertise in strategic analysis and client solutions, Valerie discovered her true calling: people.
Her human-centered approach and talent for structure naturally guided her into HR, where she spent over 17 years as an HR Manager in the international IT sector. Along the way, she earned another Master's in Human Resources, deepening her ability to design tailored solutions and foster intercultural collaboration.
As Head of Operations, Europe at Polyglot, Valerie combines her operational leadership with a people-first mindset, ensuring seamless processes and empowering teams to thrive. She loves turning challenges into opportunities—because when people succeed, businesses succeed.
