They've introduced a new online form, Form F8. This form is used by terminated employees who believe they were dismissed for an illegal reason. Now, it's available on the Online Lodgment Service (OLS). No need to upload the form on the website. The FWC is committed to improving service delivery. The online form has an auto-fill function and prompts to help provide the necessary information. 🔗 It also links to other resources that might help the individual filing a claim. 📥 To lodge an application, users just need to set up an account at the OLS. The OLS allows users to save applications, view a history of submitted applications, and review and download previously filed claims. 📩 After lodging an application, users will receive a confirmation email with a survey link for feedback. 📚 Other forms that can be lodged using the OLS include Unfair dismissal application (Form F2), Unlawful termination application (Form F9), Agreement approval application (Form F16), and Application to stop bullying at work (Form F72). #FairWorkCommission #OnlineLodgmentService #EmployeeRights

A survey among 2,000 Australian professionals found that 𝟲𝟬% 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗱 "𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴" since the year began. 📊 The most-cited reason? 𝗧𝗼𝘅𝗶𝗰 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲, with 65% saying it was their primary motivating factor. Other reasons include poor work-life balance (20%), unmanageable workload (13%), and disagreement with management (3%). Interestingly, salary or career advancement weren't the biggest drivers. Workplace culture profoundly affects employees' mental well-being, morale, and creativity. Anonymous feedback surveys can gain insights about how employees feel about the company culture.
