Polyglot Group helps companies to expand and optimise their international operations by offering them tailor-made HR Solutions and international business consulting and services.
Every business is different and so is their approach to international expansion which is why all of our solutions are thoroughly adjusted to each business and based on the cultures of their targeted countries.
International development is a key phase within the growth of a company and Polyglot Group has spent 20 years helping businesses grow globally. In perfect synchronisation with the needs of fast-growing startups, Polyglot Group will share their expertise in HR management through several events in Barcelona and Madrid.
Digital Sisters is a 100% French Tech event that will bring together the best of French and Spanish innovation. Taking place on Wednesday in Barcelona and Thursday in Madrid, Polyglot Group is excited to be hosting the Human Resources workshop and the “Preparation For Elevator Pitch” in order to share our HR expertise on market context, administration, legal, fiscal, political, economic and infrastructure environment. In the company of the present Google Head of Innovation, our Polyglotters are excited about bringing their knowledge of local networks within targeted countries as well as participating in this inspiring “cross-cultural” event.
The Barcelona Fest up Festival, organised by Barcinno, is an event that gathers the tech companies and startups based in Barcelona. Polyglot Group supports this initiative and will be present this coming Friday in Barcelona to meet the best international professionals within the startup ecosystem.
Not sure what to expect? Watch this little video from last year’s Expo:
Our successful collaborations with Uber, Take Eat Easy or Save (my Smartphone) have established Polyglot Group as a reliable HR and cross-cultural partner for startups. Polyglot Group helps start-ups find and/or create specific Human Resources Strategies that they will need to identify the best practices for their international development.
Just as well as startups need help and support for their international development, SMEs also need to optimise their Human Resources operations. Following this logic, Polyglot Group will be a member of the jury giving the “Performance Grand Export” award this 27th of November in Paris during the MOCI’s “Palmarès des 1000 PME et ETI leaders à l’international”, an event organised by the Monitor of International Trade.
It is going to be a very busy end of year for our Team before they head down to Sydney to celebrate our 20th Anniversary! If you are interested in meeting with us, or in any of the events above, do not hesitate to contact us.
