I am proud to announce that our company is now supporting a charity close to our hearts, Canteen.

Canteen is Australia’s only organisation dedicated to providing tailored support and services to young people aged 12 to 25 who are affected by cancer.

This includes providing counselling, information, and resources to help young people cope with the impact of cancer. Canteen is an avid and active advocate for young people who regularly arranges different events, programs, and initiatives to ensure that young people don’t have to face cancer alone.

Cancer is a difficult and challenging experience, especially for young people who are still developing and navigating the complexities of life. We all remember how tough being a teenager and a young adult is!

For some, it’s unimaginable; every year, another 23,000 young Australians are affected by cancer, whether it be the diagnosis of a parent, sibling, or themselves. These young people are up to three times more likely to experience physical, social, and psychological distress than their peers.

At Polyglot, we believe that it is our responsibility to support those in need, and we are proud to be a regular donor supporting Canteen in their efforts to make a positive impact on the lives of young people affected by cancer.

By supporting Canteen, we are helping to provide young people with the support and resources they need to navigate the challenges of cancer and to live fulfilling and meaningful lives. We encourage others to also support Canteen and their work with young people impacted by cancer.

Together, we can make a difference in the lives of those who need it most.
