Anna Carretero
Talent Acquisition Consultant
Anna's passion for helping people led to an early interest in recruitment. She began her talent acquisition career while pursuing a bachelor's in business administration at ESADE (Barcelona). At that time, she partnered with her university to help students secure tech internships in Spain.
After completing an exchange program in New Zealand, Anna joined Polyglot Group as a Talent Acquisition Intern in Sydney. However, COVID-19 ended her internship prematurely, and she returned to Spain. After graduating, Anna started working at a small startup in Barcelona, where she managed the entire recruitment process for internships and full-time positions.
In 2021, Anna relocated to Austin, Texas. There she completed her MBA and worked at an international semiconductor company as a university recruiter and technical recruiter. In 2023, Anna returned to Europe to join Polyglot Group as a Talent Acquisition Consultant in Paris.
She is fluent in Catalan, Spanish, and English, and has some knowledge of French. We are thrilled to have her on board and excited to see how she will continue to help people develop their careers and grow.
