Farah graduated with a master's degree in Law, Economics, and Management from a renowned French university in Paris. In 2018, she began her career in Australia as an Accountant and HR Officer. Over time, she honed her skills and developed a versatile profile, gaining expertise in accounting, tax, business administration, immigration, payroll, and human resources.
As she delved deeper into her professional journey, Farah realised her true passion lay in human resources. Motivated by her love for working with people and her belief in clear communication and transparency, she decided to redirect her career path. Seising an opportunity, she joined Polyglot as an HR and EOR Advisor. Her dedication and hard work paid off, and she recently earned a well-deserved promotion to the position of HR & EOR Team Leader.
