Keira embarked on her educational journey from Ireland to the UK at the age of 17, with aspirations of studying chiropractic at university. Unfortunately, a wrist injury and subsequent surgeries altered her course. Instead of pursuing chiropractic studies, she found herself navigating the realms of account management and customer services.
She worked for BUUK Infrastructure starting from 2016 where she was promoted to senior adviser and eventually she made the move into the systems team in 2018.
At Polyglot Group, Keira collaborates with various departments to identify processes suitable for automation and facilitate the delivery and scaling of RPA solutions. She is also involved in implementing process automation projects.
Keira likes challenges when it's about finding a new way to do something and exploring creative solutions to problems. Her role involves also collaborating with other departments and that's the part she enjoys the most: seeing someone else's working day go better and knowing they are happier at work because of a change she was involved in making.
